Prismatic Program Partners LLC exists because non-profits and small businesses have ambitious program goals but often lack the financial or staff resources to accomplish those goals. Program consulting and fractional program coordinating and management gives you flexibility in contracting for only the things you need for your program, rather than taking from the limited bandwidth your employees already have. It ensures you pay for only the things you need for your program needs and only for as long as you need them, making your program implementation more affordable. It means your time can be used for the things need to do- and the work of a successful program can be left in the capable hands of professional program specialists. About Prismatic Program Partners LLC
I’m Kimberly, Owner and Principal at Prismatic Program Partners LLC. I founded Prismatic Program Partners LLC in late 2025 while working as a Program Coordinator at a Nevada non-profit working toward reducing food insecurity and increasing community connection and resiliency. I was working on over ten individual programs concurrently while also working as a contract financial coach and counselor. I was working with other non-profits in the community to partner on new and existing programs that improve economic and social justice and financial education and literacy. Every time I met to collaborate, I would hear time and again about the fantastic program ideas stemming from the ambition and passion of non-profits and burgeoning small businesses. But with limited staff, limited financial bandwidth, and in some cases a lack of program knowledge to lead these ideas to fruition, program ideas remained just ideas.
Employing full or part-time people was difficult for these businesses and non-profits because they couldn’t offer competitive benefits or wages, and in some cases did not need a full time or even part-time long-term employee for their program outcomes. Additionally, grant, donor, or seed/investor funding required lofty program outcomes in order to retain and expand funding for those programs, which meant that staff were often overstrained and full success of programs was not possible because not enough time and attention could be paid. The outcomes possible were not the outcomes realized.
Fractional CEOs and accountants exist, but I didn’t see any fractional or program-specific consultants or coordinators- the people able to get into the operational “weeds” of the programs themselves. Sometimes, businesses don’t need executive-level leadership consultants- they need help on the ground to ensure the day-to-day of what they do is carried out efficiently, effectively, and within budget. That awareness is where Prismatic Program Partners LLC was borne from.
I have a background in corporate treasury, banking management, and mergers & acquisition integration, financial counseling and one-on-one and group coaching, and social services and social/economic justice programs and workforce development. I am passionate about all three of these categories of programs and specialize in bringing ideas into actionable objectives and goal-based outcomes.
